Tax calendar

The Tax calendar tracks the forms each of your firm's clients has to file (VAT 303, summary 390, income tax 130, withholdings 111/115, corporate tax 200...). It is only available if your user belongs to a tenant (firm) — it is self-service, anyone on your team can manage it.

Add a tax client

From Clients, add the name and, optionally, the tax ID. You can mark which forms that client usually files — they will be used as the default selection each time you generate deadlines for them.

Generate deadlines

With a client already added, use Generate deadlines: choose the forms and the year, and Guilda Work suggests indicative due dates (always check them — the tax authority can move dates for weekends or public holidays). You can also generate them all at once for every client with forms marked, from "Generate deadlines (all clients)".

Follow-up

The Deadlines view lists everything, with filters by status, client and date, and export to CSV/JSON. Mark one as filed with a click; those whose date has passed without being filed are shown as overdue.

Deadlines in the general calendar

Your tax deadlines also appear inside Tasks → Calendar, next to your normal tasks, so you have a single view of the month.

Client file: health at a glance

Open a client from Clients to see, on one screen, all their deadlines, the documents they have uploaded from the portal and their latest messages — handy for getting a quick idea of how things are going before writing or calling, without opening deadline after deadline.

Send for e-signature

If your firm has Documenso set up, from a deadline you can upload a PDF and send it to the client to sign directly — without leaving Guilda Work. The signature status is saved on the deadline itself.

Invoice on filing

If the client is linked to FacturaScripts (Link with FacturaScripts button in their file), when you mark a deadline as filed you can optionally enter a concept and an amount — Guilda Work generates the invoice for you. Nothing is ever invoiced automatically without your review: if you leave those fields empty, it is simply marked as filed.

Request a specific document

When editing a deadline, the Document requested from the client field lets you note what you need (for example, "Purchase invoice for the quarter"). If the client has an email in their file, they are alerted automatically by email, and the request is highlighted in their portal until they upload the document.

The client can also see their deadline

If you have given them access to the client portal, your client can check the status of their own deadlines, upload documents and write to you — without having to log into Guilda Work as if they were part of your team.
