Notifications

The bell icon, top right, collects the alerts that also arrive as push notifications on your phone: they are kept inside the app so you can review them even if you weren't looking at your phone.

What it tells you

New mail, an approaching tax due date, a new client message in the portal, a status change on your tickets, a task a colleague assigns or shares with you, your task reminders and the AI assistant's weekly summary and, if you turn it on, your daily summary of to-dos.

How to use it

A red number on the bell shows how many alerts are unread. Open the dropdown to see the latest 10; click one to go straight to what triggered it. They are marked as read when you open it.

Choosing what reaches your phone

Under My profile → Notifications there is one switch per type: tax due dates, tickets, new mail, client messages in the portal and the weekly summary. Alerts are always stored in the bell; the switch decides whether they are also sent to your phone.

Do not disturb

Turn on Do not disturb and pick a window (for example 22:00 to 08:00; it can cross midnight). Inside it no alerts are sent to your phone, but they still appear in the bell. The time is the office's.

Checking it works

Send me a test notification sends an alert to the bell and, if your phone is linked, to the phone too (the test ignores “Do not disturb”). Below you can see how many phones are linked.
