Daily summary of your to-dos

If you turn it on, Guilda Work sends you a summary of your own items every working day: what you have pending that day, without opening the app.

What it includes

• Viewings scheduled for today (if your office uses the Real estate module).
• Deadlines and tax due dates assigned to you that fall in the next three days.
• Tasks that are overdue and the ones due today.
• Absences awaiting approval, if you manage the time clock.
• Unanswered emails from the last 14 days: just a number and, if any is important (you starred it or it is from a client), who it is. Subjects and messages are not listed one by one, and automatic ones (no-reply) do not count. If your office protects its email, encrypted content is never revealed.

If you have nothing pending, nothing is sent that day.

How to turn it on

In My profile → Notifications, turn on Daily summary of my to-dos, choose from what time you want it (8 by default) and whether you also want it by email. It reaches the bell and your phone; the email is only sent if you tick it. It arrives once on each working day: nothing is sent on Saturdays and Sundays.

The email has large figures, the detail of viewings, deadlines and tasks, and an Open my day button that takes you to your list for the day.

When it does not arrive

If Do not disturb is on, the phone notice follows that time window (the bell and the email do not). And if you have nothing pending, it is not sent.
