My profile

Open My profile from the settings panel (cogwheel, top right) → My profile, or from Settings. The page has a side menu with five sections.

Profile

• Photo: JPEG, PNG or WEBP up to 5 MB; cropped to a square. Without a photo, a circle with your initials is used.
• Display name: used instead of your email wherever you appear as author (tickets, history…). Empty = your email is shown.
• Job title and phone: optional; they appear on your card.

Notifications

Choose which alerts also reach your phone and set Do not disturb. Explained in Notifications.

Appearance

Theme, density and language, with direct selectors. See Theme, language and density.

Security

Links to change your password or email and turn on two-step verification, review your devices and your working-hours details.

My data

Download your history and notes, your tasks as CSV or as a calendar (ICS), and open the recycle bin.

Changes under Profile and Notifications apply when you press Save changes (the save bar always stays in view).
