The catalogue of connected tools

The Tools section is the catalogue of applications your firm has integrated — all one click away from Guilda Work, without having to remember URLs or sign in separately to most of them.

What you can find there (depending on what your firm has enabled)

The tool names appear in the catalogue as shown here (in Spanish): Citas are appointments, Firmas are signatures, Hojas are spreadsheets, and so on.

Knowledge - Outline: internal guides and documentation for the team. - Chat: team messaging.

Productivity - CRM: clients and sales opportunities. - OpenProject: project and team task management (Kanban, Gantt). - Chatwoot: omnichannel support inbox for client issues. - n8n: automations and workflows. - Citas: online booking for your clients. - Newsletter: bulk mailings and newsletters. - Correo (Stalwart): the firm's own mail server. - Videollamadas: video calls for your clients. - Analítica web: visit statistics for your website, without cookies.

Documents and data - Drive: file storage and editing. - Documentos: document management with text recognition (OCR) of scans and PDFs. - Firmas: electronic signing of documents. - Hojas: database-style spreadsheets. - Metabase: analysis dashboards over Guilda Work data.

Infrastructure (normally only relevant to whoever administers the server) - Vaultwarden: password and token manager. - Uptime Kuma: monitoring; alerts you if a service goes down. - Observabilidad: centralised logs for the whole stack. - Portainer: management of the server's containers. - MinIO: file storage console (administrators only).

Hide tools you don't use

An administrator can hide any tool from the catalogue for a specific tenant from Backoffice, if your firm doesn't use it — so the catalogue keeps only what really applies to your team.

Single sign-on

Most of these tools share a session with Guilda Work (through a single sign-on system) — you log in once and can move between them without typing your username and password again. Some, such as Metabase and n8n, do not support single sign-on in their free edition: the link takes you to their own login screen.
