Import data

If you are coming from another tool or want to load data in bulk, use Import from the side menu.

What can be imported

• Tasks, in a format compatible with exports from Outlook or another calendar.
• History, to load existing records.

How to import

1. Go to Import.
2. Choose the file from your computer.
3. Review the preview before confirming — Guilda Work shows you what will be created before touching anything.
4. Confirm to complete the import.

If something does not match the expected format, you are warned before anything is imported, so you can fix the source file.
