Connect ChatGPT or Claude to Guilda Work

Guilda Work can be connected to ChatGPT or Claude so they can look up and work with your data (notes, tasks, email, deadlines…) with your own permissions.

Connect the application

1. In ChatGPT or Claude, add a custom connector or MCP server with the address https://mcp.guildawork.com/mcp.
2. A Guilda Work screen titled Authorize application opens. If you are not signed in, sign in first.
3. Check the application's name and where it will send you back. Press Allow only if you recognise it; Deny cancels.

The application will be able to act on your behalf: read and modify whatever your account can do. Authorise only applications you trust.

What you can ask it

Questions like "what is due this week?", "summarise my day" or "prepare this client's file". There are ready-made prompts (day summary, client file, preparing a deadline, reviewing email and quarter close) and read-only access to your projects, today's tasks and tax clients.

Limit what an integration can do

If you prefer to give a script or service access without going through the authorisation screen, create an API token limited to certain areas and read-only (see Devices and API tokens). A read-only token can only look things up.

Revoke access

An authorised application acts with your account's permissions. If you stop trusting one, contact support to have its access removed.
